Monroe, Karly Salinas, and Indica are all set to scrap it out in the vintage “Under the Influence” match type. After politicking, the girls consume a bit of the mysterious liquid and before long, end up lumbering around the mats desperately holding onto consciousness. They meet in the middle as they try to use one another for balance, tongues dangling as they come face to face. The substance works its magic and the girls end up in a body pile to ironically get the match into motion. The ladies lie strewn about the mats and Karly is the first to get her bearings. She sets her sights on Monroe who’s subject to her seated sleeperhold. Monroe is worked over by the submission as Indica lies enervated. Karly cranks hard on the sleeperhold to prevent Monroe from waking again and is able to score a 10-count single leg hook pin against her. Indica becomes Karly’s next target and ends up in her seated sleeperhold. The squeeze on Indica gets her faintly writhing and Karly’s sharp twists to the neck put her to bed.

Karly goes for the hook pin against Indica, but Monroe breaks it up with a double ax handle to the back. Monroe then uses Karly as a battering ram as she repeatedly shoves her into Indica’s ribs headfirst. Monroe then brings Karly to the wall and lays into her with a myriad of belly punches. Indica manages to recover and joins the fray by handling Monroe and Karly into a pair of dual stunner KOs. Indica’s exertion causes her to lose herself to the substance and Monroe attempts to capitalize. Indica baits Monroe into an inverted headscissor, then Karly mistakenly finds herself trapped in Monroe’s inverted headscissor. The girls squeeze and struggle as they’re trapped in the headscissor-pede and Indica comes out on top, cinching tighter to cause strain on her competitors as they near passing out. Monroe and Karly faint from the asphyxiating hold as does Indica from the straining situation.

Monroe awakens first from the trio and grips Karly into a seated sleeperhold. Karly stirs around, holding on as best she can, but ultimately falls to the chokehold. Monroe goes for her spladle pin, but Indica breaks it up by coming from behind and tightening Monroe into a rear headscissor. Monroe releases the pin and transitions to a rear headscissor resulting in the girls being trapped in another headscissor-pede. Indica comes out on top once more as the head of the entity and uses subsequent squeezes to inflict pain on the other girls. Indica keeps her position of power by forcing the girls into a pair of dual frontal guillotine chokes. The wraps around their throats continuously shoot their rears into the air as Indica works her magic.

Indica positions her fallen opponents into perfect position for a chain reaction of leg drops with her at the head. Indica slams her quad into Monroe’s throat, again and again, leaning backward as she pounds tracheas. Eventually, Karly unintentionally lands a kick to the back of Indica’s head, toppling her into the set of ongoing leg drops among the three of them. The seemingly endless series of leg drops continues until the girls lie in a triangle of destruction. After the carnage, Karly is the first to wake up and gets ahold of the drugged drink. Monroe’s force-fed the substance and put away with a drool-inducing seated sleeperhold with neck cranks. Indica gets similar treatment with the substance alongside the seated sleeperhold to finish her off. Karly takes her window of opportunity to score 10-count single leg hook pins against her defeated opponents and hits a win pose. With her victorious position, she downs the last of the debilitating drink and passes out on top of her competitors for a substance-soaked body pile.
