Mia Hope is found getting her stretches in in the mat room and she’s anticipating a match with an open challenger. With her win over Phoenix she’s looking to up the ante with an overkills-themed match and her call-out is answered with a surprise gut kick from Monroe. Mia finds herself flipped upside down planted headfirst with a tombstone that leaves her spread eagle and in agonizing convulsions. As Mia lies gurgling, coughing, and spasming on the mats Monroe gets a nice view of her handiwork. Monroe looks to put the twitches to rest with a seated sleeperhold that gets Mia hopelessly stirring around. The submission results in more coughed up drool as Mia fades in the hold and Monroe ups the pressure on the trachea sending her foe into more convulsions. The tongue hangs and the eyes shut, indicating Mia is out of it as she twitches through SK’s limb checks. Monroe releases and Mia lies sprawled, ripe to be de-booted for more of a squashing.

Mia’s toes curl and wiggle as they’re freed from her boots and an extra outlet for her pain. Monroe acquires a garrote string used to wrap around Mia’s throat for a menacing choke that gets her prey thrashing around from the tight cinch around her neck. Mia soon passes out from the chokehold and is left twitching in Monroe’s lap. Monroe spreads Mia out to her liking and performs a countdown as to when the strong convulsions will set in. Monroe seeks to finish Mia off by mounting her and wrapping both hands around her throat for another chokehold. Mia wildly kicks and struggles to free herself as she’s pinned down and squeezed. The snug asphyxiation forces a spit take from Mia that engulfs her face in drool to the point of frothing. Mia sputters and seizes up as she gradually passes out to the point of twitching in Monroe’s hands. Monroe mounts her face for a sexy 10-count pin alongside a victory pose to close out the match. The powerful strangle holds leave Mia completely defeated to the point of her limbs stiffening up for what looks like invisible limb checks, which spell the end for her open challenge.
