Super Buff Blondie lies laid out with a kryptonite shard on her body as an evil Sassy Kae enters the room. Kae wraps up the call with her contact and addresses Blondie by pressing both hands to her body, then removing her outer costume in a mere flash. Kae feels over the bikini-clad heroine who barely comes to, then reveals to her the contract for her capture for a clean billion dollars. Kae gets hold of her mind  control goggles, tunes them, then fits them onto the weakened Blondie. The hypnosis kicks in allowing Kae to begin her spell forcing Blondie into submissiveness and the fun begins.

To reassure the effectiveness of the hypnosis, Kae forces Blondie to grip the kryptonite shard and put it to her face causing her to waver from its deteriorating properties. Blondie begins eye rolling and drooling as the shard eats away at her powers and Kae worsens things as she makes Blondie put it to her temple. Tongue protrusion and even more drool are dispelled from Blondie and she hits the mats, passed out from the painful dare.

Kae removes her cape and uses the hypnosis to order Blondie to worship her body. Blondie treats Kae’s lower half before Kae gets more physical with a sleeperhold to Blondie. Blondie begins rubbing over herself as she’s wrapped in Kae’s adoration to the point of a knockout. Kae brings Blondie to a stand and informs her about the power of her special gloves, then uses said power to orally siphon Blondie’s power from her, which leaves Blondie in a derri “air” KO.

Kae feels over her supper jobber, then restores her from her hypnosis. With the girls seemingly on equal footing in terms of power, Kae challenges her to a “fair” fight. Blondie obliges and they exchange with a test of strength in the form of clashing heat vision beams. Kae gets the upper hand smashing Blondie into the wall behind her. Kae approaches her in sassy manner while elaborating further on just how powerful her gloves are, then announces the end of a scurrying Blondie.

Kae shoots the eye beams at Blondie who manages to block them with the kryptonite shard at the last minute, which explodes and blasts both girls away. The burst of energy that refuels Blondie’s power, giving her the edge to dominate a fearful Kae. Kae tries to book it, but crashes into a teleporting Blondie, which knocks her back into a dazing flip. Blondie then picks Kae up and flicks her in the jaw, sending her flipping backwards into a derri “air” KO from incredible strength. Blondie takes Kae’s gloves and cinches her in a seated sleeperhold, putting her out with consecutive snug squeezes of little effort. Blondie then lays Kae out in the middle of mats and saps her power back from the villainess before making a roof shattering exit. When all is said and done Kae is left pulverized on the mats and deprived of her payday.
